No, I do not. Mainly because they are just nearly impossible to send out. Those files are HUGE, and are unprintable in their size. The RAW files are also not edited or touched up. I spend a massive amount of time perfecting your images for you to print, share and post.
YES!!! I would absolutely love to travel to you! I love traveling and meeting new people in epic places. If you reside outside of Southern Illinois, there is a minimum of a two-hour shoot and travel costs.
We take pictures all year long! Right now we book local sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings and all weekend long. Destination sessions right now are weekend only. The farther out we can schedule your session, the more options of time we have.
We would rather you not. Due to everyone’s schedule, we try to stick to our timelines to respect your time and ours. Please make any changes by 48 hours of the session.
We shoot from sunrise until late into the evening. It all depends on the style of the session.
Your digital gallery does come with an option to order prints but you do not have to. Each gallery does come with a limited amount of images to download so you can print from anywhere for you and your family. However, we are not held responsible by third-party cropping and color changes on our images.
If it rains I am always up for an adventure but we can easily just reschedule. I try not to reschedule until 3 hour before as Southern Illinois weather always has a mind of its own.
The retainer we charge is to save your date and session time and is non-refundable since you booked and took that day. It is applied to the final amount of your session fee. Failure to show also forfeits the retainer. The rest is due the day of the session. Please note, if you are disrespectful to any of the staff of Shutter and Shoot, your session can be immediately cancelled and you will forfeit your retainer and any other fees collected. We have a zero tolerance for bad behavior.
All sessions come with a minimum of 15 images for a standard session, 5 images for a mini-session, and 2 images for a headshot session. I sometimes give more than the offered amount is the promised but there is no guarantee above the minimum. Images are all edited when delivered.
The session time begins at the agreed time. If you are more than 10 min late I do not stay an extra time over the agreed amount. I usually have back to back sessions. So please do not be late. If you are longer than 10 minutes late, have not contacted me in advance, you will be considered a no-show and forfeit your retainer fee.
